Why “All Good Health”?
Allgoodhealth.net was originally a blog I launched in 2015 that covered my musings including yoga, cooking and more. When work picked up, I happily focused all of my creative energy in building that. Some of my flips and tricks are still on @allgoodhealth.
Where are you from?
I’m from Long Island, New York and have been living in Los Angeles, specifically Venice Beach, 6 ½ years.
What do you do for fun?
As cliché as it might sound, I take full advantage of living in Venice and make sure to walk along the beach every single day. I love working out (c/o Yogaworks, Barry’s Bootcamp, Studio MDR, Gold’s Gym), experimenting with cooking (a baker I am not), doing at-home facials (s/o May Lindstrom, OSEA, Dr. Dennis Gross, iS Clinical) and happy hours.
What are your favorite brands to follow?
We’re lucky to live in a time where we can get to know brands so intimately on social media, which also puts a lot more pressure on brands to differentiate themselves. Recently, I love following Basically, Food52, Into The Gloss, Violet Grey, Chillhouse/The Chill Times, Lululemon and all of the Overheard accounts, obviously. Each (Instagram) account shares entertainment, information and/or action-oriented messages and stories that keep me interested and excited for the next post. They’ve all distinguished themselves beautifully in a crowded space.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Be nice, always. And… be grateful for what you have, while inspired by what you want.

What are you looking for in a company?
Forward-thinking with a collective goal in driving the message of a health-minded lifestyle.
What do you want to do?
Drive creative content strategy with an awesome team of people. Overall smart, entertaining, and informative storytelling that encompasses all or some of the following: editorial, production, talent management, PR relationships, account management, experiential marketing, social media and more.
What happened to LEAFtv?
LEAFtv launched in 2012 as a startup with co-founders Geri Hirsch and Erin Falconer, after a seed round of funding from Stylehaul, Inc. In 2015, LEAFtv was acquired by Leaf Group (then Demand Media). In 2018, Leaf Group acquired Well+Good and opted to consolidate LEAFtv into W+G as the businesses and audiences were very like-minded. LEAFtv has since closed as a brand and all creative/social channels have absorbed into W+G.
What brands have you worked with?
Between LEAFtv, LIVESTRONG.COM, and privately, I’ve worked with loads of brands in the wellness and beauty space including, not limited to: Athleta, Target, OSEA, Dr. Dennis Gross, Cove, Thrive Market, Culturelle, goop, The Chalkboard Mag, Vital Proteins, Kate Somerville, Primal Kitchen, and more.
